Before you start

  • Your assessment answers are stored separately from your name and email, linked only by a key that staff cannot resolve.
  • No member of staff can read an individual’s answers. Ever.
  • You can export everything we hold about you, or delete all of it, and deletion removes the account too.

Used to sign in. Nothing else — we do not send marketing and we do not pass it on. Resetting a forgotten password by email is not switched on yet, so keep your password somewhere you can find it.

At least 12 characters. A few unrelated words is easier to remember than a short password with symbols in it, and much harder to guess.

Mind Gym is 18+. We ask for the year only — not your full date of birth — because the year is all this question needs.
